Phone front camera somehow causing perspective change

Hi. So while playing, if my finger or hand passes over the front camera, my perspective changes. If I intentionally keep passing a finger over the camera it keeps changing until I stop. This makes the game unplayable. I really need it to stay on first person. In survival I almost died multiple times to this. 

On that note why does the game even use the front camera?
