Parity: Chains cannot be placed sideways like logs

This bug ticket is a parity issue, since Java 1.16.2 pre1 has already this feature.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Get some chains
2. Place them horizontally
--> They cannot be placed sideways like logs, instead it's in vertical.
