Pocket Edition can't long press while bobbing in and out of water.

When bobbing up and down in a soul sand bubble column on Pocket Edition/Mobile, you can't use any of your long press functions like breaking blocks or drawing a bow. This happens when you enter and exit the water, not just with the bubble columns.
