Blocks turning black when something is over it.

When ever there is something over a block over something it makes it turn black and it's not that game I'm playing on it happens on all my severs and I put up with it for, a couple of months now and I don't know if it is the console or it's the game it's self.If you can fix it I would really appreciate it if you could fix it.
