Piglins aren't provoked by players destroying chest minecarts

Piglins can be aggravated by players open chest minecarts, but not provoked by players destroying chest minecarts, which doesn't make any sense, since they're angered when players destroy chests, shulker boxes, etc.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Equip a piece of gold armor
2. Place a chest minecart
3. Spawn a piglin
4. Switch to Survival mode
5. Destroy the chest minecart

Observed Results:
The piglin remains neutral.

Expected Results:
The piglin should become angered.
