A very strange sound engine glitch in 0.12.0

So when I tried to play the 0.12.0 beta test, I immediately noticed something highly peculiar. It seems as if the sound effects are glitched up and now they sound very pixilated. Also the sound delay has increased by a lot because of this bug.
