failed to invite friends and connect to Xbox live

I've been playing for the past two days with no issue then since yesterday July 26, 2020 it's been saying that I need to reconnect my Microsoft Xbox account even though I did it twice and checked my about account to see if I was still logged in but it continues to do it and I was hoping it could get fix. please
