Sea Lantern does not prevent chest from opening

When placing chests under Sea Lanterns you can open them. This doesn't work with other Full Blocks like Redstone Block.

 

To Reproduce this Bug:

1. Place Sea Lantern Block 
2. Place Chest under Sea Lantern Block
3. Open the Chest (Bug)
