Soul sand elevator doesn't work.

In version 1.14, it worked with running water but is not working now. In previous version, when building an elevator in a house or in a deep mine, it would have bubbled if only water was placed at the top, but now it has no foam.

In the case of deep mines, when I put a space of 'water bucket' to make an elevator, I get stuck in it. So I have to use the ladder, but it's too slow.

If this is not a bug, I should use a slow ladder when exploring deep mines. I'm so sad.

Why isn't it working?
