When I buy something in Marketplace after a short while I can't use it.

Hi, my Minecraft has been having issues with the marketplace. I said my version was 1.16.10 because that is where I am currently having this problem. I have had it before though. The issue is, when I buy something in the marketplace, it downloads, imports, I play it for a while, and then after I've used it for a while, it won't work. What I mean, is I go to create the world template and then it says downloading and a ! appears in a speech text coming from the template. I don't know if it is downloading because I check back on it every day and it hasn't downloaded any.

I don't know if this is a bug, but I don't know what is happening.

I haven't found anyone else with this problem so I hope you can solve it.
