Profile skins won't load.

When loading into Minecraft the profile tab for your skins won't load. When you click on profile it will give you option to change skin but, it never loads and does not allow you to change skin.

Expected result

To be able to change skins.

 

actual result

Skins won't stop loading.

 

I don't know to reproduce this bug.
