Add Server Button on Consoles

When attempting to connect to my Personal Dedicated Server in the Servers list only the default (Mineville, Mineplex, The Hive, Galaxite, Lifeboat and Cubecraft) servers are available. We should 100% have access to log onto whatever server we choose.

To correct, please add a "Add Server" button like what was there in the past.
