Game crash while logging out to xbox live

I try to change my gamertag in game by watching some videos and i try to log out and minecraft jush crash i dont nkow why this happened and need t fix it so watch this video what happend, they say on my phone minecraft has stop but you cannot see that beacouse my recording canceled
