Skin bug with addon

Hello, when I put a certain addon that I found on mcpedl (this addon is "Project Walker") on a world all the custom skin are directly created in minecraft (with 3d hair, metal arms etc. .) even those of the people who join me are directly transformed into steve. Thank you
