My Minecraft FPS Dropped everytime I moved

Hi Mojang, I have this problem for a long long time. My Minecraft is very Laggy, My FPS dropped everytime I moved. Please fix this problem because I want to build a gigantic structure but I can't because of the lag. Thank you.
