So I will be playing Minecraft and every once in awhile I won’t be able to move and if I do it will only be about an inch. It will also start to glitch

When ever I start to play Minecraft now I have to worry about my age glitching out and to where I won’t be able to move. If I do move it will only be an inch or so and my game will start to glitch out. My game will sometimes glitch but it gets the worst when I try to move. I try to exit out of the game and reset everything but it will still glitch out. Please help me fix this problem.
