Mapz womt load the terrains found

When playing minecraft playstation 4 edition i tried to open the starter map but it glitched an wont open then I restarted my console an did it again the map worked the only issue is the land/terrain I discovered wasnt being shown on the map I see my location in blank the only land shown is the the starting area from when the map was opened restarted my console again it still does it
