Blank Skin Change Bug!

So There has been this large bug on my Accounts, I cannot use any other skin that I have without personally going onto SkinSeed and copy and pasting everything onto a 128x128 skin. Which Takes up more time than It needs too. Every time I change my skin, It goes blank if it is not the started from the 128x128 Steve skin. But now all of my skins have completely gone blank, Now I cannot join any worlds or servers because it either says "Unable to Connect to world.", Crashing me completely off the app, Or Saying "Internal server error.". I have asked my friends who also play Minecraft if this is happening to them and they said it is not.  So I Have no clue what is going on?
