Unbreaking Enchantment can cause block lag

Everytime I use a tool that has an Unbreaking with an Efficiency 5 enchantment will cause to the mined block to reappear, though it was completely hollowed inside. This often happens when using a Pickaxe with those said enchantments also in shovel with those enchantment.
