I am not able to access my world because it is stuck on the sleeping screen of when I am in bed and just kicks me out automatically even if I click leave bed or open chat.

The game kicks me out a few times here and there for no reason but this time it kicked me out while I was sleeping in the Minecraft bed and when I try to go back I couldn't get in the world and I would click the leave bed option and it would just kick me out the game then I would click open chat but I'm not really sure where to go from there other than exit but when I do it puts the loading screen and chat together then I click exit again and puts the chat screen and my worlds together as well and it is weird i also made a copy of the world but it did not work it is just that one world I can't get into.
