Iron golems despawn when leaving and re-entering the world

I have a slime farm thats in a single slime chunk and the whole chunk is mined down to y lvl 10. I have 8 iron golems for the farm and Everytime I leave the world and come back on the top 4 iron golems always despawn even after naming them because I thought that might have been the issue but the bottom 4 iron golems aren't named and they have never despawned. I didn't start having this issue until 1.16 came out for Xbox 1
