mcpe 1.16.x lag issues

After updating my minecraft Windows 10 edition on 1.16 versions the game started to lag too much for my computer, I have a 8GB Ram laptop and intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 & Nvidia GeForce MX110 graphics cards drivers that should be enough for this game I used to play in minecraft Bedrock edition 1.14.60 with 28 of render distance and it never used to lag for me, but when I opened my old survival world my cpu usage goes above 94% it happens mostly in creative worlds when I fly high (28 chunks) my fps drops to 10, it also cause more lag in multi-player when there are like 3-4 players occurs a huge spikes lag coming out of the nether.
