Cosmetic icons for character creator not loading after 1.16.10 update. Nintendo switch only

The cosmetic items for the character creater are selectable but the preview icons do not load. This happens for every category. The default styles for the character creater (Steve & Alex) do load in. This happens both in docked and undocked.
