Lava Teleport Bug

When a player stands next to a liquid (water or lava) that is flowing in a certain way the player's camera moves upward as if they are inside the liquid despite not touching the it. The bug appears to be purely visual with water however with lava if the player loads the world after saving while standing in the bugged area they will be teleported to a seemingly random area.
