Iron Door Broken

When setting an Iron Door the door works fine for a couple minutes with a button activator. After a while the door will stay open and the button becomes useless. I tried resetting the door and buttons and I get the same result. Levers also have the same effect on the door, the door will open and stick open the entire time.
