"global resources reset, resources failed to load previously" 6th generation iPad

There's a message that it says "global resources reset, resources failed to load previously" on top of the screen, then it freezes completely, then it crashes, and then when I go in it happens again over and over again. I've tried deleting and downloading the app again, and it works just that one play, after I close it happens again, it's almost like I need to delete and download Minecraft everytime I wanna play it. There's nothing wrong with my iPad, its all updated, it's all good, and it keeps doing this and idk why.
