Only shields and totems of undying can be put in off-hand

A bug that prevents you from putting most items in the off-hand slot.

What I expected
When I put torches in off-hand, it should work.

Instead
It doesn’t let me.

Steps

1. Open inventory.
2. Try to put something that isn’t a shield or totem of undying.
3. it doesn’t work.
