I cannot join cross platform friends' worlds.

Every time I try to join my friends via cross platform, I get stuck on the loading screen. Nothing ever progresses. The friends I try to join are on Xbox and Mobile. They can join my world, but I cannot join theirs for some odd reason. Could you fix this??
