Black block glitch

Hello I have a bug in my minecraft so I need you to help me to fix it ☺️.I saw that all my block is black in my world , and it's very lag. My friend and I have a yt channel ,we upload some video about minecraft.but since I have this bug we can't upload any video ... Sorry for disturbing but please help me to fix this bug
