I was flying around my city it froze and when I opened the app again I was in an unfamiliar land and all my buildings were completely gone

I was flying around my world it froze for over a minute and when I opened the app again I was teleported somewhere unfimilar and all my buildings were gone completely and could not find , could you please fix it or I'm uninstalling 😭
