error when playing split screen, does not load terrain of the second player

Hi, I play minecraft on ps4 (I think that's in bedrock) I bought the game recently, I bought it for my daughter and it turns out that she likes to play with me. We started a game both together on a split screen and after a few days it gave us an error and it left the game, when I reloaded the game I can enter but when she is going to join the game she keeps loading and It does not start, the loading bar stays and starts generating ground and nothing at all, I hope you can solve this problem since we had the advanced game and we are very lazy to start another one again
