Villages spawn without population

1. It first happend after I returned from the Nether (Which was also the first time my friend joined).
2. Lately, in my world, ALL vilages spawn witout Villagers, Iron Golems or Cats. Yet, I haven't gotten any exception, except the ones I visited before going to the Nether.
