Zombie Pigman hits very slow

Zombie Pigman needs 3 seconds before it hits again! But if this bug doesn't appears, they take about 1 seconds to hit back again!

To reproduce:
1: Hit a zombie pigman.
2: After it hits you, count the time before it hits you again!
3: Bug found!
