Fire can be "broken" with sword/trident in Creative mode

In Java edition Nether update, now swords can't "break" fire in creative mode to match the other blocks in the same case, but in Bedrock Edition this behavior doesn't exist and players can break fire with sword in creative.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Light a block on fire
2. In Creative mode, mine the fire with a sword or trident

Observed Results:
The fire is extinguished.

Expected Results:
The fire should not be extinguished.
