Your friend’s joined realm shouldn’t appear in the Joinable List(not realm list)

Other realms joined by your friends shouldn’t show up in the Joinable Friends list
 
Steps to reproduce:

1. If someone joins a realm.
2. Look in your friend's list
3. It will show up

Expected Results:
Friends who joined a realm won't appear in the Joinable Friends list

Observed Results:
Friends who joined a realm will sometimes appear in the Joinable Friends list along with the realm they are playing in. The realms listed are not ones I am a member of and I am not able to actually join them.
