Skin not reloading

When I create a new skin by Minecraft skin creater (in minecraft), the next time I turn ON the game it shows "Reloading skin please wait." and then "Skin unable to reload, please reload from profile." Then I go to profile, and reload and it shows "Unable to reload skin X." Please resolve this issue.
