Multi-player bug

This has been a problem ever since I paid, downloaded and played the game from the very beginning. 

I downloaded Minecraft on Google play.. And I can't get my multi-player option enabled! When setting the world from the main menu, I have enabled multiplayer. But once I have entered the world, MULTIPLAYER IS DISABLED?! AND I CAN'T CHANGE IT?!

Not to mention, when I am in a world and online, none of my friends can see me being online. But I can see others being online. I can join their world, that's a relief. But still...

SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS BLOODY PROBLEM!! ITS ANNOYING!! NO MATTER WHAT VERSION I CAN'T BE SEEN!! UUURGHHH!!
