Damage or Death when decending from ladders or vines.

When other players join in or when I join in with other players the visitors always receive damage when getting off a ladder or vines. Sometimes even when we step down one block or jump up and land we get damage somehow. The bug doesn't effect the creator of the world, only the visitors.
