Set_Spawn_Postion_Packet does not update compass

Tested with a PocketMine server vs. MCPE 0.11.1 running on a LG Nexus 4.

If the server sends a SET_SPAWN_POSITION packet (due to changing the location of the spawn point), the compass does not point to the new location.
