Piglin can skip bartering animation when being distracted by other activities

When a piglin is admiring a gold item, one can make it skip the animation by distracting it with other activities.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn a piglin
2. Make sure the difficulty is not set to Peaceful
3. Get some golden items, blocks of gold and a pickaxe
4. Go into Survival mode
5. Drop some golden items on the ground
6. Place some blocks of gold
7. Mine the blocks of gold

Observed result:
The piglin skips the bartering animation and gives you the item straight away.

Expected result:
The piglin continues the animation and gives you the item only after the animation has ended.

Original Description
When the piglin is holding gold and you do something to distract it like moving a gold block with piston. The piglin will immidiately finish the bartering process and give you the loot, skipping all the admiring animation. This can be used to make instant piglin bartering farm which is really over-powered
