Typing does not allow the other player to move in splitscreen.

When typing a command or typing on a sign it does not let the other player move or play and has to wait until I am done typing. Please fix this issue.

 

To recreate: First join a world with you friend in split screen. Then type on a sign or type a command. Then you friend will try to play while you are typing, but he/she cannot.
