Effect screen nearly impossible to open

(Also affects 0.11.1)

If I have a effect, the player effect screen is nearly impossible to open. I have tried tapping, dragging my finger over it, double and triple tapping, and tapping and holding. I finally got it to appear, but am not sure how.

The screen should be accessible with a simple tap.
