Map is not loading - got stuck in a little piece of land

In the creative mode i was flying on the map and i got stuck on a little part of land. Everything around is the color of the sky (where there is supposed to have land) and i can't walk through it. I cannot move in the map anymore so i guess i have lose all i have built ...
