Boats don't move in 1-block strips

0.11.1 is released! Please move it into the correct category. Boats can't move down 1 wide strips. As an example,
~ is water
= is land
Each icon is one block.

The boat won't be able to go down this strip of water. (sorry for the horrible diagram)
