OP Wither

Wither is too overpowered. I had full netherite armor with protection 4, and blast protection 4 enchanted with said armor. The Wither could nearly one shot me even with netherite armor. I died atleast 10-29 times, the wither effect lasts too long, plus the skulls do way too much damage. At least nerf the wither time to about 1-2 seconds. Thanks in advance, that is if this even counts as a bug.
