Cannot collect most flowers after new update...

Hello, this is my first bug report, so I apologize if it's incorrect/incomplete. I have noticed that after the new update (11.1) that I am unable to collect many types of flowers, specifically roses and peonies. I have tried to chop them down with my hand, shears, an axe, pickaxe, etc., but no matter which object I use it simply destroys the item.

In short, when I destroy a flower (roses and peonies, perhaps others), it does not drop a collectable item. I CAN still collect certain flowers (poppies, oxeye daisy, dandelion, bluets, etc.) but not all of them like in the previous edition. Good luck and thank you for an awesome game!
