Inventory filter unfinished for PC users

When you click on filter in inventory, it only places a marker but it should delete the text entered.

Also when you close inventory, text should be lost. But since it remains in bedrock edition, player is forced into this mundane habbit when placing a new block:

1) click with their mouse on filter, 2) manually delete the text with backspace 3) enter the name of new item 4) close inventory 5) place block

While it should be:

1) enter the name of new item 2) close inventory 3) place block
