I can't create a Realm or say anything in chat

So when I try to create a Realm or say something it just tells me to go here https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360042221252-I-m-Getting-an-Error-When-Trying-to-Play-Realms-with-a-Child-Account and then here https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360042221252-I-m-Getting-an-Error-When-Trying-to-Play-Realms-with-a-Child-Account but the problem is I have an adult account and only have 1 account in my Xbox family. The Minecraft username's SansWarriorPewd (hopefully that's not private info). I am also quite sure it has also broken multiplayer but I am not sure because my connection is bad now.
