Stuck on "Mojang" screen

When pulling up the Minecraft is stuck on "Mojang" loading screen. I have turned off and reset the playstation 4 multiple times in the last 4 hours. I have jumped on other games, watching a movie online and returned to Minecraft for it to stay on the Red Mojang loading screen.  I have left the Mojang screen up for an hour and nothing changes.
