unable to load world

I can create a world and play on it, but if I get off and try to get back on it loads indefinitely. my computer won't let me close the app so I have to shut it down. when I load it back up and try to open the world it says, "Something went wrong". it has done the 5+ times. and I have tried to copy the world, but the same thing happens to it immediately.
